I. What is Custom Strategies
WECONNECTVETS is part of a network of affiliates who work with licensed medical providers. Providers within the group share a common goal, which is to help Veterans through the VA Disability Claims process. Our claims agent work with you to design a custom strategy.
II. Can you guarantee I will get an increase?
WECONNECTVETS provides access to a network of licensed medical providers who are qualified to do VA Compensation Exams. The Veterans Affairs makes the ruling decision on all claims submitted. If your disabilities warrant an increase you have a high probability of success. WECONNECTVETS does not make any promises or guarantees.
III. How much does your services cost?
Our fee is $995 and is paid only after you get paid for your rating increase.
IV. Do you offer financing or payment plans?
Yes. Part of our mission is to help as many veterans as possible. We have multiple payment options available. You can pay one time up or pay monthly installments. We offer: 2-, 3- or 4-month payment options. Please contact us for details.
V. Do you offer a refund if I am not awarded an increase?
If you don't get an increase, you don't owe us anything.
VI. Can I use a VSO, the DAV, or other organization to submit my claim?
Yes. WECONNECTVETS can only assist with the Individual Custom Strategies and medical evaluations. Veterans are required to submit their own claims. This can be done via an organization of your choice, mailing your claim to the VA, or filing electronically on the eBenefits or the VA website.
VII. How does WECONNECTVETS differ from a VA appointed doctor?
WECONNECTVETS is not affiliated with the Veterans Administration. The medical group that WECONNECTVETS will provide you access to is comprised of independent licensed medical providers who understand the VA claims process.
VIII. Can I use your services if I have an open appeal or claim?
Yes. Upon completion of the FREE no-obligation consultation we will determine if it is best to wait for the appeal or claim to be closed or not. Please contact further for more information.
IX. Can you help if I am working with an accredited agent, attorney, or lawyer?
Yes. We work with many accredited agents, attorneys, and lawyers.
X. How does WECONNECTVETS differ from my primary care physician?
Our licensed medical providers know the VA disability claims process and understand how to complete DBQs. Most primary care physicians do not have the knowledge to complete a DBQ correctly and some will even decline to complete a DBQ for you in fear of Conflict of Interest.
Disclaimer: Results are not guaranteed. WECONNECTVETS makes no promises. WECONNECTVETS staff does not provide medical advice. Any information discussed such as, but not limited to; likely chance of an increase, estimated benefit amounts, potential new ratings prior to a doctor reviewing patient’s file, is solely based on past client generalizations and not specific to any one patient. The doctor has the right to reject and/or refuse to complete a veteran’s DBQ and/or Nexus Letter if he/she feels the veteran is not being truthful. The Veteran’s Administration is the only one that can make a determination, regarding whether or not a veteran will receive an increase to their service-connected disabilities.
